Eligible properties are flood damaged properties in Davidson County with 1-4 rental units on a single property. Examples include a single family house, condominium, townhouse, duplex, triplex or quad. Applicants must have owned rental property at the time of the flood.
Funds are available to help owners repair existing flood damage to the rental property if all We Are Home (WAH) program requirements can be met.
