Assistance is available to help homeowners repair flood damaged properties. This program is designed to help owner occupants rehabilitate their primary residence to pre-flood conditions. An onsite assessment of flood damage is required. The types of assistance available include grants and loans (4% and 0% due on sale or transfer), the availability of which depends on We Are Home program and Federal requirements.
