Potential homebuyers, who are eligible for Our House, have two options for purchasing a home. They may "Select Our House" or "Wait for Our House."
Select Our House - Active
Everyone who is officially eligible for Our House may try to "Select Our House" so long as this option is “active” (see above). This purchase option allows homebuyers to find homes in the market and enter them into the Our House program.The properties that are eligible for Our House will change based upon available funding. Homebuyers should check here regularly to find out what steps & property criteria they need to follow:
Everyone who is officially eligible for Our House may "Wait for Our House." This option is always active. When The Housing Fund has an Our House home for sale, or when a current Our House homeowner wants to sell, Our House staff and interested homebuyers will follow these steps:
