In order to be eligible for the Our House program and purchase a home, you must complete the following tasks and provide documentation to The Housing Fund.
NOTE: Becoming eligible for the program does not guarentee that you will be able to purchase an Our House home.
1. Complete an Our House Introductory session at THF. 2.Complete the Our House application & qualified for the Our House program 3. Qualify for a first mortgage loan with an Our House Partnering Lender 4. Complete HUD Homebuyer Education class. 5.Complete the Our House Education Session.
Once you are eligible for Our House, you will be notified about homes for sale through Wait for Our House and may search for a home to enter into Our House through Select Our House(if funds are available).
