In 2001, The Housing Fund, Inc. (THF) was allocated Low Income Housing Tax Credits to develop 48 units of rental housing in a four story mixed-use building with offices for THF and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. All units are affordable to households earning less than 60 percent of the area median income. Households with an annual income of less than $27,200 for a one-person household or less than $31,100 for two people are eligible. Rents range from $517 to $631 per month.
